Ordering terms

These terms apply when you order from EBS Test Kitchen on this site. Placing an order means you agree to them.

Prices and fees

Menu prices are set by EBS Test Kitchen. Your total is the food, sales tax and any tip you choose, each shown before you pay. There are no service fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Your order

An order is confirmed when the restaurant accepts it; you'll get a text. Ready times are estimates, and on busy nights they may be longer.
The restaurant may decline an order (for example, if an item runs out). If it does, any card charge is voided or refunded.
Changes and cancellations after you order are up to the restaurant. Call (209) 600-3453 as soon as possible.
Refunds for problems with your food are handled by EBS Test Kitchen.
Orders may include alcohol only where the restaurant allows it. You must be 21 or older and show ID at pickup or delivery.
For card orders, the restaurant may ask to see ID and ask you to sign at pickup or delivery.

Allergies

Tell the restaurant about allergies in the notes. Kitchens handle common allergens, so EBS Test Kitchen can't guarantee any item is allergen-free.

Texts

By ordering you agree to receive texts about this order at the number you give. Marketing texts are separate and only sent if you opt in. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help.

Rewards

You earn 1 point per $1 of food on completed orders (tax, tips and fees don't earn). 100 points can be used for $10.00 off one order while signed in. Points belong to the phone number on the order, only work at EBS Test Kitchen, have no cash value, and aren't earned on refunded orders. EBS Test Kitchen may change or end the program; points already earned will stay usable for at least 30 days after notice.

Accounts

EBS Online accounts are optional. Keep your phone secure, since sign-in codes go to it. You can delete your account at any time from the account page.

The legal part

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, EBS and EBS Test Kitchen aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. California law governs these terms. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
